- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts around $110 for smaller homes and varies depending on the size of the home, number of bathrooms, and overall condition. Many clients request regular cleaning, but homes that haven’t been cleaned recently may require additional time and may be considered deep cleaning. For smaller homes we typically send one cleaning professional, and for larger homes we may send two professionals to complete the job efficiently. Recurring cleanings may qualify for better rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us through Thumbtack, we review the project details submitted in the platform questionnaire. We then introduce our service, provide an estimate, and share available days and times for the cleaning. Once the customer confirms, we schedule the service and send one or two cleaning professionals depending on the size of the home. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and convenient for the customer.

Our team has several years of experience in residential cleaning. We focus on reliable service and maintaining a consistent cleaning standard in every home. Customer satisfaction and professionalism are always our priorities.
