- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on property size and how much work is there to be done. Discount can be given at anytime. Fees are issued based on unexpected circumstances that may come with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) A verbal conversation is a must so that I can get a feel of what the customer is looking for. 2) Schedule a time where we can meet at the property for a confirmation on what is expected & to ensure confidence that I will meet the customer requirements. 3) We agree on a price that works for both of us, then A DEPOSIT OF HALF THE FULL LABOR PRICE HAS TO BE PAID in order for the project to be started.

8 years of teaching myself various tasks. Trail & error taught me the most important thing when it comes to landscaping “Attention to detail”
