Drop off service fee is $30-60 On-site service fee is $150-$250
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer will complete the general inquiry form. Then I’ll contact the customer within 48 hours to review food items and invoice. I try to customize any menu that will fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school in NY, and have a culinary degree. I spent half of my career working with elite member-based private clubs, Ritz Carlton, and Marriott International Hotels.
