Absolutely an amazing experience. My guest loved the food and there was plenty left over. The curry chicken bites and shrimp mango shooters were Great! There was also a sauce on the salad that was AMAZING! I will be reaching out to them again for my next catering needs

Chef Ricky has catered multiple family affairs. He takes the time to explain options and will go the extra mile to fulfill special requests. He sets appropriate expectations and works with your budget to deliver a beautiful meal. Definitely would recommend.

Where do I start, The food was fabulous from start to finish. The Chef Ricky and his team set up everything we did nothing and had the best time entertaining our 21 guest while white glove service was prepared and served. They served all the appetizers and and the plate servings was an art form itself they were beautiful and mouth watering! I would like to say thank you to the Chef Ricky and his team for making our event such a memory we will remember forever. Also, the Chocolate lava cake the Best Ever!!!! We are having Chef Ricky coming back very soon and we are excited!!!

Excellent experience. Wonderful presentation, delicious food, and varied menu. Each time the food has been personally delivered and table ready. Chef Ricky is our go-to caterer. Highly recommend!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Drop off service fee is $30 On-site service fee is $150

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, the customer will complete the general inquiry form. Then I’ll contact the customer within 48 hours to review food items and invoice. I try to customize any menu that will fit their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I went to culinary school in NY, and have a culinary degree. I spent half of my career work in elite member-based private clubs, Ritz Carlton, and Marriott International Hotels.
