- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a full understanding of the vision that my customer has for their event so that I can cater every aspect of their experience to that vision. I conduct an initial consultation with potential clients and send them a sample menu with pricing and accommodation needs. I allow room for them to make any requests. We finalize a menu together and proceed forward.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their work and have a conversation before your event. People’s experience truly shines through when you have a chance to talk to them. I believe all customers should look for business owners who have communication at the center of their services.
