This guy is amazing, kept me motivated, focus. He never gave up on me. Best trainer i ever had. He had me doing thing that i cant even imaging. I respect him and his time for getting me back in shape. I lost weight and also tone my body up some and i really respecr him for that. Hope to continue to work with Manny. Thank u for everything Manny. Really appreciated ur the beast. N i would recommend everyone to him

I tried for a year to lose weight on my own. Despite my best efforts, I just did not push myself to the point where I could lose any weight. Then randomly working out at the gym one day, I met Manny and worked out with him for what seemed like thirty minutes. I had never pushed myself that hard ever. When I asked Manny how long did we work out, to my shock and surprise, he said “only seven minutes.” What! WOW!! I started training with him immediately. I have been working with Manny for about 5 months now and I have lost close to 30 lbs. Manny is an excellent trainer. He is so very professional and knowledgeable about his craft and he leads by example. He is as committed and dedicated to my goals as I am and he pushes me beyond my limit, which is exactly what I need. He masterminds new workout routines for me constantly. My body never gets used to any one routine before we are doing something completely different. Unbelievable results! I still have work to do, but I am forever grateful to Manny for a healthier, leaner me.

Working with Manny as my personal trainer is life altering. Not only is he helping me to reach my physical goal, he is also inspiring me mentally and spiritually. I always look forward to our sessions knowing I will be pushed physically, but also to hear positive, uplifting and encouraging words of wisdom. I was referred to Manny by my sister in late 2014. In February of 2015 I made the decision to be a better me. At that time I was 260lbs 14.25% body fat, working out 5 to 6 days a week 3 hours per day. My goal was just to get my body fat to single digits. To make a long story short, I've been training with Manny for the last 4 months and I am now 250lbs 8.4% body fat. Needless to say I've set new goals and I am well on my way to competing by the end of this year. Thank you Manny!!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to get in my line of work because it is what i am most passionate about. I have been an athlete most of my life and a soldier. I am a disabled veteran and i used fitness to regain my physical abilities and manage the residual affects of serving in our military. Once i became "functional" and strengthened my nody and mind through exercise i felt ALIVE again. I want to share this feeling with THE WORLD.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work directly with clients in one on one and in small group settings to help them realize and establish their goals. Then we state these goals as a positive objectives- example "I want to be fit, I want to have more energy, I want to be more confident and productive" instead of " I don't want to be fat, I don't want to feel tired, etc." (COACHING) Once the goal is realized, I then consult with and design personal and specific regiments to take the clients from the place that they are to where they want to be. After designing the regiments, I train the clients in the ways to achieve their goal. I provide my people purpose, motivation and direction then hold them accountable to their objectives. (TRAINING)

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice for customers looking to hire a personal trainer like me is: Take inventory of your commitment! If you are not willing to learn, change, and invest in your fitness future, than you may not be ready to work with me. Fitness is a process and a lifelong journey and in order to achieve and maintain any level of success one must be committed, focused, and discipline. One must understand that anything worth having is worth working for and once the initial goal is achieved; there is a continual maintenance phase that follows!
