- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
He/She will know the price upfront. I require a 50% deposit to hold the date at the time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to communicate via email or in person and get an understanding of what they want. I let them know the services I can provided and if they think we can work together, we begin to work through the logistics (type of event, pricing, location) etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for over 3 years and have taken numerous courses through Nikon to enhance my skills.
