- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always a free consultation first. You have to make sure I'm a good match for you. If not, no problem!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my TEFL Certification and a Master's degree in TESOL. I attend the Maryland TESOL conference each year, and read ESL teaching articles, journals, and blogs for fun just about every day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started volunteering to tutor adults in basic reading and English back in 2007 when I was unhappy with my secretary job. This led me to a new job at a learning center, which led me to get serious about teaching English as a career.
