- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors come into play when determining the optimum price. Pricing is based on the client's needs, the scope of work and expertise involved. My team works with you to ensure transparency and no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with the initial consultation of course. No work is initiated unless a deposit is paid, so after the price is established a deposit is negotiated and then we dive in. When it comes to web development, depending on the customer we set up a temporary web-space on our server for development and testing. The client has full access to the site throughout the development process. Upon approval, we transfer and launch the website over to your own host. For design projects, initial designs/mockups are usually ready within two days. We communicate through the process until the final rendition is approved. The client receives the final files; artwork source files and print-ready documents.
