Work quality was fine. Bill was higher than estimate but don’t know how windows were counted. Unfortunately this worker had difficulty with communication relative to his visits. He was 40 min late and needed my ladder. He left at about mid-afternoon when there was only window left. After a while, I texted him about when he was returning. He indicated 5:30 so I made sure I was here. (For his safety I think I should be present.)When he didn’t show up, I texted again. Since I paid him early I wondered if he’d return. He then said he’d come at 7 am the next day but didn’t show til 8. I understand that things come up but let me know w an honest message!
