The owner of the company did the work alone. The windows looked great after he left. My house has a lot of windows and he forgot a few (for example, in the garage), so I had to remind him before he left. But all in all, he did a very nice job.

He arrived 40 minutes late and didn't even apologize for being late. He did a good job cleaning my windows but he changed the price from what was originally agreed upon even though I told him in advance the amount of windows. I didn't like that.
