"The work done was nice but not all what I had in mind or discussed with the planner. The company was able to meet a need on short notice so there may have been an issue to why the venue was not draped or wrapped as specified. I will never know, despite me sending a follow email to request the response to such inquiries. I found it hard to get in touch with the Rep from time to time. My coordinator also tried to reach out and they had no luck. I was informed that due to the amount of events back to back, she has been very busy and apologized for the miss communication. I appreciated that a lot. I believe the cost was fair and would suggest to print out your pictures when proceeding with a walk through of your venue, so that a true picture is painted for what you desire the day of the event. Even though I uploaded pictures on Thumbtack for what I wanted it did not totally come together the way I envisioned. If I had to make a suggestion to the vendor it would be to hire a secretary to keep up with your demand and contract services, and to place a note in the contract that the company will be using pictures from your venue to post on social media without your permission. I feel this is important because a lot of couples have social media post bands on their events, and the photos of the venue were posted before I or my spouse ever saw them from either our photographer or someone else. Despite this all the Rep is very professional when you speak with her and I would refer others in the future."
