This review is very overdue as we have been truly enjoying our newly remodeled patio for over a month now! Pegasus General Contractors has done an Amazing job following all of our design requests and multiple changes. They came out for an estimate right after we called, and pretty much immediately began to work with us. Walter Giusti managed our project from the beginning to the very end, answering every text, email and phone call! The level of professionalism and customer service these guys provide is unreal... so respectful and caring!! Very pleased with the entire crew that worked on this complete renovation!We plan to work with them again as we have many other projects!

I had a bunch projects that needed to be completed - repaving the patio, installing an attic ladder, installing plywood sheets in the attic, repairing bathroom and kitchen drywall, installing electrical outlets on deck and in front of house, and installing / replacing fan lights in bathroom and living room. I felt very comfortable with the Pegasus team from my first meeting with them. They were timely, respectful, knowledgeable, and provided very reasonable bids. All throughout, the project manager kept me apprised of the plan for the project at hand, plans for the next day, next steps, etc. Once they started a project, they finished it fairly quickly and did not leave me hanging. They were very conscientious and the final result of each project was completed on point - professionally, and without any issues that needed to be corrected once they left. They are definitely my go-to contracting team, and I highly recommend them for any home project.

Pegasus gave us the most information in the bidding process. That and their friendly, yet professional manner won them the bid. They completed the deck rebuild in a short amount of time, made beautiful improvements to it, as we requested, and we could not be happier.

Walter and his company remodeled our bathroom. The paid attention to every single detail down to the design of the tiles. They kept the area clean always even while working and the project was finished in less then a week. Other contractors said a month. My husband and I are very happy with Pegasus and will do our next bathroom this winter.

If you want a beautiful deck, professional workers, honest business then Pegasus is it. We got an estimate, better then several others, and they started the same week. The workmanship is perfect. Walter is so kind, never got upset with all my questions, always returned every text. Kept us informed day to day as what to expect. We plan on calling them to do our new roof and we are really enjoying our beautiful deck.

We are transparent. We have a unique one and only way of pricing. We share what our material and labor costs are. We have a markup which pays for our overhead and covers profit. We help educate our clients to make sure they know we have their best interest in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer and try to understand two things. What is the goal, what do they visualize in terms of their project and what their budget is. We look to try and get customers the highest and best use of their money and a lot of times we find that customers have budget that are more than what they need to achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have business degrees and various certifications and have over ten years building/remodeling experience each. We are hands on but also customer focused. We have employees that have been faithfully by our side for over a decade.
