- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent. We have a unique one and only way of pricing. We share what our material and labor costs are. We have a markup which pays for our overhead and covers profit. We help educate our clients to make sure they know we have their best interest in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer and try to understand two things. What is the goal, what do they visualize in terms of their project and what their budget is. We look to try and get customers the highest and best use of their money and a lot of times we find that customers have budget that are more than what they need to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have business degrees and various certifications and have over ten years building/remodeling experience each. We are hands on but also customer focused. We have employees that have been faithfully by our side for over a decade.
