Poor customer service. Do not ask a potential customer for a name and address verbally if you are not going to record it and save it. Then immediately ask for the same information to be texted. The interaction was all about making the company's life easier, not about solving the potential customer problem.

We are more than pleased with the work Dominic Paving did. We had been putting off getting our driveway paved, but he was recommended to us by a close friend, and he and his team really came through. He and his workers were excellent and they all did a wonderful job. After the job was done, Dominic spent much time explaining to us how to care for our new driveway, which we really appreciated. It was money well spent.
