EVERYTHING! Abby was great from the first meeting, the tasting, and the vision board based on my written description. To the consistent communication and daily meeting, and emails. If I could tag all five qualities I would. Professionalism and punctuality are also Abiola‘s strong suits. She brought in her team and made my wedding a beauty. I contacted Abi less than a month before my wedding frazzled and concerned about the execution and decoration. She quickly calmed my mind and let me know she would handle everything and put all my concerns at ease. She worked with my fiancé and I to bring our vision to life. I am so grateful we found her when we did. I only wish we had found her earlier.

Working with Abby for my wedding started out okay. I decided not to move forward when she wanted to add costs to the invoice that were not discussed and when I met her in person, there was a lack of professionalism. She was upset by the distance of the venue even though I had mentioned the distance to her before that day. When I decided not to move forward with her within just a few weeks of speaking, she wanted to keep the full deposit of $1600 and decided to give be some of it back only after I sent her multiple messages. She also lied that she had spent money on flowers already that she needed to be compensated for only for me to reach out to the vendor in China and find out she was never charged for anything. So, I would proceed with caution. I can't speak to her talent as a decoratot because we never even got to that stage, but I can speak to not feeling as though she is an honest person

Breakdown of Transportation, Floral Sourcing, and Design & Consultation Charges. $1000 was REFUNDED to you, This is to clarify the details behind the $600 charged related to transportation, design consultation, and sourcing floral design samples for the client’s wedding, which was well communicated to the client in a detailed invoice. Below is a detailed breakdown of the services provided: 1. Transportation to Two Locations for Site Visits We conducted site visits to two different locations that were approximately 40 minutes apart. This is the address to the traditional party location 4970 Antioch Rd, Haymarket, VA 20169 And This is the venue for the white wedding: 30 Rosemont Manor Ln, Berryville, VA 22611 These visits were meant to assess the venue settings, logistics, and design feasibility to ensure that the floral and event setup would align with your vision. The transportation charge covers the time spent traveling between locations, fuel, and associated costs incurred for these site visits. 2. Design Consultation & Meetings (November 7, 2025 – December 20, 2025) From the date the client submitted our contact inquiry form and when the cancellation was done, we dedicated time to design consultations and planning meetings. These consultations involved discussing floral arrangements, venue aesthetics, theme coordination, and overall event styling. After that, we created a Mood board for the client, but the client requested a cancellation and so the mood board process was stopped. Our team provides expert guidance, design recommendations on brides' outfits, and vendor coordination to bring your vision to life on several and COUNTLESS phone calls and WhatsApp messages. 3. Sourcing Floral Designs for Your Wedding We conducted research and reached out to our floral vendors in China to create sample $100 floral designs that matched your preferences and budget. This included reviewing availability, pricing, and quality to ensure the selections aligned with the event’s overall design plan. The time and effort put into this process were part of our commitment to delivering a beautifully curated experience. Client requested cancellation, $1000 was refunded, significant time and resources had already been allocated on the wedding planning, which is reflected in the $600 charge. We run our business with fairness and a sense of accountability. We wish you well in your marriage.
