I've worked with Leandro on several occasions and it's been a life saver! He is professional and he is very knowledgeable. He helped me on multiple projects including rehab of 4 condo units in DC, restore deck, install cabinets for kitchen island, and several bathroom remodels. Mattos & Associates performed porch and roof repairs to out home. They inspected our house and discussed the repairs we needed. They provided us a written estimate for repair cost and answered our questions about the propsed work. The project was completed on time. We were very happy with the quality of the cement patio repairs and rebuilt porch.

I hired Leandro and his crew to work on a few things around the house such as installing kitchen cabinets, restoring our deck, power wash exterior of the house, repairs to exterior wooden frames that were rotten, among other things around the house like drywall and painting. They were very easy to work with and the quality of the work was great. I definitely would hire again.
