- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. We are a lump sum contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a designer, come into the showroom to discuss budget and design aspirations. Preliminary selections may be made at this first meeting. Our second meeting is to do a survey at your house. These two meetings are followed by a series of conceptual design and pallet meetings until everything is selected and priced up and then we go to contract. About a month later we start the remodel.

We started remodeling houses in 1980.
