“We learned about gratitude and humility - that so many people had a hand in our success, from the teachers who inspired us to the janitors who kept our school clean... and we were taught to value everyone's contribution and treat everyone with respect.” Michelle Obama “The value of life is not in its duration, but in its donation. You are not important because of how long you live, you are important because of how effective you live.” Myles Munroe The definition of “Counselor” … a person trained to give guidance on personal, social, or psychological problems. As the purpose of these words are in recommendation of Life Bridge Coaching, which is nothing short of extraordinary. However, I would be doing both me and Life Bridge Coaching a disservice. As, Life Bridge Coaching, is more than a Bridge in my life, more than astonishing words of advice, yet true inspiration. The encouragement to make you see life in vivid colors again. The first two words said to me was, “You Matter”. It had been so long, so many years, months and seemingly decades since I felt anything that equated to the power these words meant. We all have unforgettable moments in our lives, of joy and pain. But this day, hearing those words “You Matter” was my day of rebirth. Fear and loneliness, would no longer consumed me. Illustrating the complexity of personal growth and success, is intense, yet a necessary beauty in life. The feelings emanating through my body has been both excruciating and that of rejuvenating life. It took being heard, not undermined; being celebrated and not dreaded; being invited and not shunned. Triumph in Tragedy…Tragedy, is no longer a conflict between right and wrong, yet between two diverse kinds of right. Through Life Bridge Coaching, I regained, a taste of success, a taste of what it is to be respected and a firsthand view of chivalry. As far as chivalry, the age of brute strength is in many ways past, and that would be the end of the argument if we were at the same time seeing a corresponding increase in other, less tangible, kinds of strength: like moral courage, fortitude, leadership, and a willingness to sacrifice. But we’re not. Quite the opposite, as a matter of fact. Most men today aren’t just physically weaker than previous generations. They’re weaker as people: guys stricken with “Peter Pan syndrome” never leaving adolescence; “safe spaces” on college campuses protecting perpetually fragile constant-victims from serious debate; the hookup culture and porn addiction replacing chivalry; and the sexual revolution promulgating through media, education, and now law that there’s no such thing as male and female. What we’re seeing isn’t a different expression of masculinity adapting to new cultural realities. What we’re seeing is no masculinity at all. Real masculinity can look like that guy who has a body weight that hasn’t changed since the 8th grade, tweed jacket and Harry Potter glasses, champion of sound theology and education in a city that’s hostile to both, he’s one of the strongest men existing. Or masculinity may look like Irenaeus, “The glory of God is man fully alive.” And man, fully alive doesn’t play the victim, or wallow in a sense of entitlement. He embraces the creation mandate to “fill the earth and subdue it.” He’s a maker, not a perpetual taker. It’s this kind of masculinity that’s in desperately short supply these days. It’s a kind that has nothing to do with how much you can bench press yet how strong you are to lift and inspire. John and Dietra, Life Bridge Coaching, are the strongest people, I have been blessed to know in so very long. Thank You! I have had heartache and tragedy in my life, as I wake up to it and close my eyes to it. These are unavoidable aspects of life. Suffering is the price of being alive. Infuse your life with positivity and accomplishment. Don't stay complacent. Make your dreams, your reality. Move Forward. Design your own future. Create your own hope. Cultivate love. And whatever your principles, honor your creator, not submissively, waiting for grace to arrive, but by design of your own destiny…not tomorrow but right now. A lady like no other, gave me life, cultivation, refinement, edification, ambition, determination, temperateness, edification, discipline, and most importantly admiration and love, without restrictions or reserve. However, anxiety scorched my soul and made me reconsider everything I ever believed. This tragedy motivated me to put my life under a microscope and extract the poisonous aspect of my personality. Subsequently, I only look for the beauty in life. The change began out of sadness and fear, however, putting good out into the world would mend the catastrophic hole of the unknown. In this miraculous light bulb moment, my tragedy, made me beautiful. Thank You for being here for me when I had no other! Giving of yourself without notice of time when I wanted to give up. Wiping my tears of hurt and pain, maliciously inflicted by the man I took an oath to, and reminding me of my worth that is challenged daily. I recommendation and Thanks, Chevera!
Michael was very friendly and gave excellent marital advice to my wife and I. The exercises he had us perform really helped us with our communication barriers and how to resolve conflict before it escalates. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for an experienced, Christian counselor who can help build a stronger and lasting marriage.

Excellent counselor and life skills person. Down to earth, honest and has great insights and suggestions
To be honest, I cannot speak highly enough of Raffi. In just a couple of sessions, Raffi had already began to successfully impact our marriage. Both my wife and I continue to be impressed with him and our progress each week. He is genuine in his demeanor and sincere with his advice. He is patient with us and seems to balance when to listen versus when to overrule us perfectly. Most importantly, Raffi is nonjudgemental and does a fantastic job identifying and treating the source of the issue as opposed to merely dealing with the symptoms. We are especially grateful for his willingness to work with us despite running a significant amount of time over on numerous occasions. The value he has offered us is truly evident in our everyday lives.

Sterling delves deeply into root issues that other counselors fell short on. His approach comes w/o judgement, just identifying sources of attitudes/behaviors and how to deal with them.
Awesome marriage counselor and minister for weddings. Dave and Patti are great examples of what marriage is.
Heidi was a huge help to me, as a coach and counselor. She truly listened to what was going on with me. She made sure she understood what was going on, and then helped me find the way by offering suggestions, research, and several options. I always felt I was understood. She also was very positive, and encouraged me by letting me know that I CAN do it. With her encouragement and guidance I was able to make changes that made my overall health better.

I went out seeking a marriage counselor to help repair my marriage and found Dorina. It was important to me to find someone who could empathize with my situation as well as coach me through some of the more challenging aspects. Dorina offered the first appointment free so I could get a feel for her coaching style which was very helpful in making my decision. We hit it off right away and she has been very helpful in my progress. She offers reasonable rates, packages and payment plans. She's awesome, would recommend her to anyone who is seeking help for one on one or for couples.

As a master level Reiki practitioner, intuitive counselor and life coach, Janell specializes in spiritually based therapy, treating women's issues, depression, anxiety, marriage and relationship issues, stress management and assisting with goal-setting, manifestation and life planning. I combine cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and strength-based treatment modalities and energy work to formulate an innovative, eclectic and holistic therapy approach that is unique to my practice. I believe firmly in the practice of holistic and organic treatment, and I work to address all aspects of the client addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs while simultaneously seeking to motivate clients toward healing and restoration by affirming their positive characteristics. My brand of therapy creates a place of acceptance for where the client is and promotes a sense of hope and excitement for where the client will go as they progress. I find that teaching clients to incorporate both the physical and metaphysical into their healing process while encouraging them to examine not only the areas of their lives that are causing them turmoil but also those areas that bring them joy is paramount to their healing. My goal is to teach clients to work through their past issues and make intentional effort to attract and manifest what they desire in life through the power of their thinking and actions. Clients immediately begin learning how spiritual law works and how to adopt and implement new habits while concurrently unlearning those beliefs and behaviors that are detrimental to their ultimate success. I have helped clients overcome addictions, infertility, depression, obesity, trauma, financial turmoil and more! All things are absolutely possible for all! With the right thoughts and tools, you too can realize your dreams!
