- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am trained for the work I do. I also have 35 years experience. I am especially proud of the jobs I do on customers cars who are very upset that their expensive new car has been involved in an accident. I return it to them and they are very happy the car is like new again. I know they are satisfied as they then send referals to me.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Bring the car to me , I am an expert. I would not take it to a dealer ( I was 16 working for a dealer) DO NOT take it to the shop your insurance prefers. That is called "steering " it is illegal to steer you to "their " shop. The shop has no incentive to do a good job as they have to work for less money and therefore do a sub standard job
