Kadzo was very good about corresponding and prompt with her responses. The balloon garland and decorations were lovely and she even offered a special deal to make up for a difference in services, which was very nice of her and something she didn't have to do.
I was very impressed with the balloon designs that Kadzo and Rachel came up with for the baby shower I planned this past June. They took my ideas and gave me some ideas which I used. The venue looked amazing and complete with their castle balloon arches and garlands for above the cake table. They were polite, punctual, attentive and professional and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I just have no words to describe kadzo's work. She knew exactly what I wanted and even if I didn't visualize it completely she made my heart melt. She literally took the stress of decor out of my plate when I was busy stressing about other things. I only gave her a 3 day notice after my original planner cancelled on me. And she left me spellbound with her service. She has now become my permanent party planner for life and she brought my untold vision to life leaving all the guests in aww.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Wedding Planning services start at $1950. Please visit our website for more information on pricing and packages.
Our goal is to leave you smiling. For us, that means meeting all of your needs, including your financial ones. Our quotes ensure we are able to provide you with the quality event you desire and compensate our professional partners equitably.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As in all things communication is key! Our process begins with a 30 minute consultation where we listen to what you envision. Once we understand what your goals and priorities are, we provide a quote and contract. We require a signed contract and deposit to get started and once received, we get to work!! At regular intervals we keep you updated on the progress and to make sure your goals haven’t changed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is in event coordination, floor planning and business management. With 18 years in the industry, we focus on being incredibly organized with an eye for detail, and have a long list of well-executed events and happy clients! New clients often approach us from referrals provided by highly satisfied clients. We’ve received consistently positive feedback from both clients and vendors we partner with.
