- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request information as much as the owner can provide us to carefully understand the scoop of work and sometimes we schedule site visit. Then we estimate the service fee for any project that requires engineering drawings and for all construction projects we sign a contract to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The principle of company is a licensed professional engineer with nearly 2 decade of structural engineering experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally have been doing engineering and decided to do construction too as I encountered many issues with contractors who often neglect engineering drawings and plans.
