I'm super happy to have my new functional closet! Demetrius worked with me by answering my questions weeks before the install. On the day of he worked with my with sketches, guesses, and screenshots... everything but directions from the company for my customized design closet. Although it took some time to get everything up and he still took time to install my new light last minute. (He even let me take photos of him working). THANK YOU!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically access the issue and show the client how I can repair or replace it. I also give advice on proper upkeep so the client doesn't run into similar issues in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do A LOT of internet research on various issues and the processes of repairing a wide variety of those issues.
