I typically access the issue and show the client how I can repair or replace it. I also give advice on proper upkeep so the client doesn't run into similar issues in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do A LOT of internet research on various issues and the processes of repairing a wide variety of those issues.
