The initial communication was super fast and helpful. I hired this company for move- in cleaning. At the beginning of the appointment, they mentioned that the fee would be higher since my home was post renovation and there was some paint on the hardwood. I said okay I’ll pay extra if you do a good clean. They started working on the house and did an okay job. However certain areas, such as the corners of the basement and the microwave were left dirty. When I complained via text about the issue, no one responded to me. After reviewing the house, I’m not sure what I paid extra for? Hi Khadijah, I’m sorry for what happened, but I just wanna clarity with you that you requested a deep cleaning and when we got there we faced a move in cleaning (this already change the price) the house was with paint left on the floor (what is really difficult to clean and usually we don’t get this kind of cleaning) and the basement was really dirty so was just charged you $40 plus on the app price, we spent a lot of time on your house making sure that everything was cleaned but I never told you that professional windows cleaning was included (what is a different kind of service and this kind of service is charged per window), and the exhaust fan from the kitchen what is attached to the bottom of your microwave and that’s the reason for your complaint, next time make sure that you are more specific on your app request because I’m sure that any company would do the same what we did, I asked you if you accepted the price before started cleaning and I asked you to check the house and them pay the cleaners (after the house checked you paid them and didn’t complained about anything), I’m sorry about the situation, but I hope I clarified it now, thank you!!

I really like their flexibility, affordability and attention to the details. I contacted them on Sat and requested service on Sun morning. They arrived on time and provided excellent service! Everywhere was clean and welcoming when we opened the door. I was thrilled. There were some marks on the foyer floor but I don't think these were scratches. I contacted Bartochak company and received good suggestions. I will try to remove the marks myself later. It is very likely that I will hire them in the future if I need cleaning again. I hired this company for move- in cleaning. First they raised the price because “ it was difficult” ( 2 bathrooms were post construction covered in dust), by almost 30%, I said ok, fine. All that I actually asked, instead of the whole house for which I had the fee quote, was that they do the bathrooms and deep clean kitchen cabinets which were extremely dirty so these were my priorities. They started working in the kitchen and I had to leave to run an errand. They left shortly afterwards and claimed they cleaned everything. The cabinets were left dirty. When I complained they were giving me all sorts of excuses ( that they are dirty- yes I knew that and that’s why I hired them!). So, the day of my move and afterwards I’m unable to unpack because I’m scrubbing the cabinets myself! Not that difficult with a bit of elbow grease and detergent. I’m just not sure what did I pay for? Terribly disappointed. And even the bathrooms were not 100% done- dirt on baseboards, dirty walls, doors. All it takes it a strong wipe.Oct 24, 2018Verified
