I wish I could select all of the categories- professionalism, punctuality, quality of work, value, and responsiveness. The Ramos Easy Cleaning team surpassed my expectations in all of these areas and more. I am so glad to have found a service I will continue to use moving forward, especially at such a great price. Our house is quite cluttered and was very messy. The team did an excellent job cleaning and did not make us feel judged in any way. Ramos easy cleaning was fantastic. There was confusion about which rooms I wanted cleaned due to the thumbtack app error. They believe they were coming for a 2 bed:2 bath even in reality I have a 6/5 house. They quickly informed me that they could do the work, but that would be an obvious price change. They did a fantastic job! So much so that my husband came home and said “ I like how the bathroom looks!”

Did a fantastic job! Actually found a leak under our sink that prior cleaners had missed, and saved us possible permanent damage. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and the work done was stellar. 5 stars for sure!
