- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer single sessions and multi-session packages. Also, I will work with every client on coming up with a specific program if they are working for specific goals, it could be getting fit before an important event such as an athletic or fitness competition, participation in obstacle courses events, weddings, post-operative rehabilitation etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have a fitness consultation, in order to identify the needs and goals we will be working on. I will do a complete assessment of the client's level of fitness, using field tests and health and fitness related questions. Also, this will be the time to fill up the paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've a degree in Sports Science with emphasis in health. Also, I'm a certified NCSF- Strength Coach and Personal Trainer and ACSM-Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer.
