Hiring Richard as my personal trainer was an excellent decision. Besides improving my strength, muscle definition, and overall health, the most shocking change was to my posture. I went from having a slight hunch to standing and walking completely upright. I look better and feel better, and he's been great to work with. Highly recommended!

Training with Richard has truly changed my life. In Jan 2024 I had been dealing with severe pain in my hip and got an MRI. Just climbing stairs with a laundry basket had become difficult. I was told I had a tear in my labrum and I needed surgery. Luckily, another doctor told me it wasn't a big tear and I could try building up the muscles around the hip and this could possibly provide pain relief as the stronger muscles protected the tear. I had already tried physical therapy with two different companies over the course of 9 months, with minimal results. As a last ditch effort I decided to try weights with Richard. I started in May 2024. After just 3 weeks of twice a week training I was shocked I could do moves pain free that I hadn't been able to do in close to a year! My goal was to be able to ski in early 2025. In March 2025 I truly had tears of joy as I stood at the top of Copper Mountain in Colorado and prepared for my final run. I had been skiing for 4 days without trouble. It's October 2025 and I just got back from 3 days in Boulder, climbing rocks and doing moves I've never been able to do. I'm a 60 year old woman who feels better, more flexible and stronger than I've ever been in my entire life. This is the absolute best investment I've made in my health and quality of life. Richard knows body mechanics exceptionally well, is super careful to make adjustments when he notices any issues, while still pushing me to do more than I ever thought possible. The first two weeks were the hardest, but if you stick with it, you will be amazed at the results!
