We needed a Rental Agent to help us rent out our house. Tracy McAbee responded immediately and answered all our questions. We live in a different state and he made the distance seem meaningless by helping us work around it.

I was having issues with my past Management company and needed a replacement.
I am so glad that I was able to find Mr. McAbee at PMI Maryland Solutions. He was very
prompt and was always in contact with me leading up to managing the property in Baltimore
Maryland.
Whenever I or Ms. Cora (the tenant) needed anything or had an issue, He was always
there to support.

The renter's and buyer's markets are rough in Maryland and Tracy made easy to navigate. He responded at all times of days and weekends to any request we had regarding the property and executed great prowess and urgency in emergency situations. Sage, punctual, caring, family-man, funny and easy to get along with are all small descriptions of how Tracy is naturally. Tracy is not only an amazing propertymanager but an amazing human being and we need more of that both in business and the world. When you hear "PMI Maryland Solutions" as a premier company for propertymanagement, this is an understatement. They the BEST propertymanagement company I've ever worked with. There is no better.

Tracy was PropertyManager for my Townhouse in Ashton, MD. I live in Florida. He is very professional and responsive to any issues that the tennant had while he managed the property. Very easy to get ahold of if I had any questions or anthing that needed to be done at the townhouse. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
