DNB were there for us when we were in need of a new roof. They were willing to work with our insurance and went out of their way to make sure we got a quality roofreplacement. We had our existing shingles removed and new ones rated for 50 years put in place. We were kept informed and provided options for our new roof and the installation went smoothly. We have added complications with being in a town house connected to our neighbors and we were given helpful guidance on how to best address this along with temporary protection measures. They cleaned up after the install as well.

DNB made my full roofreplacement a much easier and seamless experience. Bryce was dedicated to making sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond dealing with so many insurance headaches on our behalf. On top of that, the roof was completed in less than 2 days. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and highly recommend this crew!

I have to say that I am very satisfied over all with DNB Roofing. For the record this was a very large job, almost 40 squares, it was done in adverse conditions, ie., 100+ degree afternoons that week and most importantly, I am a very, very, picky homeowner.Communication was excellent throughout and they started the job without delay and completed it in a timely manner, even working half a day on the 4th of July!!!Afterward, one of the owners of the company came in person to inspect the work and go over any concerns i might have. The few concerns I had were promptly adressed and the owner even found a few minor things himself that i hadn't noticed but were also immediately corrected.For those who may not know, minor mistakes or blemishes exist in virtually every major rennovation. 90 percent of the time the homeowner is not going to catch it or even go looking (especially if its above ground level) and most contractors are not going to say or do anything about it unless its glaring if they even inspect the job afterward at all.The measure of a good contractor is not that a few, easily corrected mistakes occurred, (in this case, a couple of scratched shingles and a few exposed nails) the measure is how these issues were handled and corrected.Branko, one of the owners, gets extra credit for this one, insisting on replacing the shingles in question without hesitation or bs. I am very satisfied with the job, the look of the roof and the overall quality and workmanship.Im pretty sure that even if you dont get up on the roof afterward like i did, that Branko or one of the supervisors will catch any potential issues if they happen to exist, during their inspection and make good on it immediately.Im not used to that level of perfection in roofers or in any trade really and it speaks volumes for their integrity, competance and work ethic. Most importantly it means I received what I paid for along with the knowledge that it was done right and if any issues did arise in the future, they will stand behind it.

When renovating our 40 year old townhouse our contractor recommended that we replaced our roof. One of the contractors recommended DNB to do the work. After getting their bid I asked a family friend who is a COO of a Northern Virginia roofing company if the bid was fair; he said it was very reasonable.DNB promptly didnt the work over two days, left the site clean and our neighbors have complimented the work and the benefit to our community

DNB Construction (Branko) did a very good job on the two roofs. But he excelled at managing the insurance company and their payments. The insurance reimbursement far exceeded what we thought. His skills were as much with that process as with the roofing. His services were terrific enough that we referred him to our daughter's home as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on an efficiency model. In an effort to offer the best possible roof at the best price, we tailor your project to the current market without additional costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a thorough photo/video inspection done with the homeowner(s). After determining the condition of your roof, we will walk you through what products and processes we take to ensure the best possible outcome.
Once a plan is in place, a pre-install inspection is ordered to double-check the materials needed to complete the project, as well as foresee anything required to conduct our crew as efficiently and professionally as humanly able.
After installation, we clean the job site and schedule a quality assurance review of the project with the homeowner to make sure we are delivering 5-star service.
