- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary based on the size and location of your wedding and the services you would like. We usually need to ask several specific questions to understand the vision, style and budget you have for your wedding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With Wedding Coordination, you are assigned a Lead Coordinator who will begin working with you 30 days before the wedding. This gives us time to pull everything together and make sure that no important details are forgotten! But most importantly, on your wedding day we will make sure everything is carried out according to your vision and troubleshoot behind the scenes to handle any issues that arise.
