I'm loving my new windows! They're such a step up from what we had before (well, that's not hard considering they were the original metal windows from 1958 that wouldn't even open). We had 17 windows replaced in our house. We purchased windows that are double-pane and double-hung vinyl with a good u-score and a lesser-known brand than Pella or Anderson, so the price was right. With removal of the old windows and install. S.H. WINDOW AND DOOR was less than other estimates we got for the same windows. The salesman, Yonathan was very nice and not pushy like some other window salespeople we dealt with. There were 3 workers here on the day of the install, and they had their system down pat--one removes the window, one comes along with the flashing, the next installs the window, and then one guy comes back to add caulk. They were done in 7 hours and cleaned up after themselves.

Yonathan went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and make sure I was completely satisfied with my garage door installation. Moreover, his honesty and integrity are refreshing to see in the service industry. Even though the installation took longer than expected, he took the extra time to make sure I understood how to use everything and even gave me some tips on how to properly maintain my garage door opener.
