James arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I needed to have 3 pendant lights hung where the electrical wiring had been installed by the builder. He did a great job, and I will definitely call him the next time I need some work done that I cannot do myself.

James was a pleasure to work with his professionalism and knowledge were above bar. I'm very pleased with the work he did around the house.. electrical and assembly. As a single woman I wanted someone I could trust, reasonably priced with a certain level of experience/ expertise. I was more than pleased with the work James did. He exceeded my expectations and treated me as though I was an equal throughout the process. I highly recommend.

We charge by a system known as piece rate. We charge this way because it makes the pricing valuable for us with our scheduling a customers whole day for something that could possibly be done quicker. Next we charge for travel time because it cost to travel to customers. Great news we offer 20 miles for free.
Last but not least, we offer all of our first time customers a 10% discount off the final invoice price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a 10% discount to new customers to show our commitment to work with them. We make sure to keep consistent communication to show we mean business. Lastly we show our portfolio to show customers we love what we do and most importantly we treat our customers items with care as if it were ours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied facility maintenance in Job Corps. Everything else is self taught through making mistakes. Building confidence as I learned more and more.
