I must admit I was intimidated by hiring a personal trainer -- I was middle aged and out of shape. I signed up for six sessions not expecting much, thinking it was worth a try. Luckily the gym assigned Sarah to me and me to her. She quickly put me at ease with the process, listened as I described what I wanted to achieve and helped me come up with a workout plan that pushed my limits, but was manageable. My goal was to tone. When I asked her to target a certain area of my body, she gave me in depth instructions on how to integrate cardio and strength training into my workout routines. After my 6 sessions were up I signed up for 6 more. She is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer that has a calm and compassionate demeanor. I would highly recommend her skills.

Sarah has a quiet disposition but don't be fooled by this. Sarah will have your "sweat crying". Sarah will give you a workout that you didn't realize you wanted. Sarah demonstrates each exercise and ensures you have the right posture/form to get the most out of each activity. Sarah guidance and teachings are worth your time and money.

Personal trainer. She is helping me get into a routine after neglecting to exercise for 5+ years. The workouts are challenging but fun. I find myself looking forward to the next workout each week.

I started working with Sarah in 2013 as part of a small training group. Sarah was able to meet each of us at our levels by modifying exercises and activities. Sarah always mixes it up providing for a challenging yet fun workout experience. As a trainer, Sarah is encouraging without being overbearing. Sarah also taught the Core Conditioning class at our gym. I love that she used compound moves to work multiple muscle groups...and get our heart rates going even though it' wasn't an "aerobic" class. I highly recommend her for personal and small group training sessions as well as group classes!
