- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first class is FREE! Online classes are $35/hour In-person classes are $45/hour. If you register for 2 months of classes, the price per hour drops $5.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. FREE Evaluation (online or in person) to determine your current proficiency level. 2. I create a curriculum entirely designed to address those specific needs. 3. Each session is 80% client speaking as new material is integrated into your daily conversational skills. 4. Homework is assigned to ensure continued practice between sessions.

- Bachelor's of the Arts in English with a Minor in French - Master's in TESOL (Teacher English to Speakers of Other Languages) - TEFL Certificate from the TEFL Institute of Chicago - 10+ years as Lead ESL Instructor at several language centers in the DMV - 3 years teaching experience as Lead ESL Instructor at Georgetown University - 3 years teaching experience as ESL Coach at the United States Food & Drug Administration
