Your home is your pride and joy and it is extremely hard to trust anyone working inside of it or anywhere on the property.With all that said, my son recently inherited his grandparents home, they lived in for 56 years. So, I dont need to tell you we were extremely leery when multiple contractors approached my son about needing a new roof. Both my son and I met with four different contractors before we decided to go with H&S Roofing. Each contractor performed either a visual of the roof and or flu a drone over the 3500 ft. home to view the damaged roof. Next they all had extremely informative presentations, going over the damage observed, outlining the type of materials they would be using to replace the current roofing and lastly the cost.We were overwhelmed and in total disbelief of the prices quoted. I remember my parents had replaced the roof approximately 12 years ago, but we were smart enough to realize if four different Contractors all were saying the same thing, we needed a new roof ASAP. H&S Roofing was the last contractor we met with early one morning, May 2024. H&S Roofing was on time for our appointment, exuded 100% professionalism and the owner personally climbed up on the roof and walked it inch by inch for approximately 30 or 40 minutes, taking pictures of the damaged areas and explained step by step, where the repairs were needed and the process in great detail. But, he really sealed the deal for us when he advised us that he would be purchasing all of the roofing materials from GAF, which is a manufacturer of quality roofing and waterproofing products with a 50 year warranty on their materials. Next, we were able to choose from a variety of colors and types of shingles, H&S Roofing would install. Afterwards, he presented us with the best and most competitive price quote of all the roofing companies and a 15 year warranty on the roofing installation. It was more than obvious to my son & I that we had chosen the right man and the right roofing company.I know what youre asking yourself, is he licensed? Well, the answer is Yes. H&S Roofing is licensed and their license is active. We eagerly signed the contract and received a copy for our records. Later the next week the owner & his crew showed up to the house at 7:00 AM ready to work. When I pulled up at 8:00 AM, there were at least 10 or 12 guys on each part of the roof removing the shingles, which let me and my son know again we made the right choice. The crew worked relentlessly throughout the morning until they removed all of the shingles, which exposed four different places where the underlayment or wood had rotten and would need to be replaced. All work was completed before 4 PM that same day, to my astonishment and they even removed some debris, left over from a previous renovation, free of any additional charge.Believe me, you will not be disappointed when you contract H&S Roofing to handle all your roof and repairs.
