I had a contract with a provider from Angie's List. The person showed up and made a mess of my roof. After two additional failed attempts to get them to fix my issue. I cancelled my contract and went with thumbtack. I chose Alfredo based on his reviews. He was great, he arrived early, out took photos of the issues. Explained what needed for the repair and fixed my issues within 2 hours. He provided photos of the repairs and explained that several other items needed attention.
