I am extremely grateful that I got the opportunity to work with Tori. I have not done a lot of modeling in my life, but in working on this project, I feel that I have reclaimed confidence in myself and have learned much from the experience. Tori was attentive and accommodating in regard to making me feel comfortable throughout the entirety of the photographing session. Tori displayed such professionalism, and I could not be happier with the images that came from the session. Tori is an incredible talent from photographing to directing to post-processing. She has an extraordinary eye, and I would be grateful to work with her again in the future.

We were not happy with the outcome of the photos. I hosted an elegant and very expensive birthday dinner party with 40-50 guests. And yet, we were not able to post the pictures on our social media as we found the following issues:
• the photos look unedited
• Poor lighting
• Misaligned photos
• Flashes in the background
• shadows in the background
We communicated to this vendor that we wanted the background of the lobby, the bookcase, ceiling fixtures, the floor-to-ceiling luxurious white curtains with the birthday person in the forefront. This was not provided. We also wanted the vendor to capture the "surprise", the aesthetic, the full backdrop, which was provided but not at all presentable. We booked this service to capture a very beautiful moment in our lives and this vendor failed to do so. I would not recommend this vendor for elegant events, as additional training is needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once everything is solidified, each session requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot (day/time) for the shoot. This deposit is subtracted from the final cost, and afterwards you will pay the remaining balance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I direct the customer to the wonderful booking form I have. This form gives me a more clear idea of the types of photos the customer is looking for (subject matter, overall feel of the photos, etc.). After the submission of the form, I will contact the customer with a proposal for the shoot (this would include details of services provided, cost, etc). This is also the stage where we clarify any questions that may come up, and where I work with the customer to create a personalized package that is best suited for their needs. Once we are in agreement and the contract is signed (which basically states that I will provide the service to the best of my abilities and the customer will pay me after the delivery of the photos), it’s time to shoot!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Syracuse University and I have worked with a variety of university magazines in the past, so I’m very familiar with the photographic practice and working with a variety of personalities.
