Introduction: I provide fun, entertaining and motivational programs that are heavily peppered with humor and interactivity to make them engaging and memorable. As a motivational speaker and leadership trainer, I can't just use a one-size-fits-all approach because every individual, every group and every situation is different. What makes my service special is that I work with my clients to customize material and build specifically targeted programs. Before I write your program, I will want to know more about your organization, event, and desired outcomes so what I provide will make sense for your group and resonate with them. For topics such as motivational leadership, interpersonal communication, team building, customer service, empowerment, and even work-life balance, that individualized approach is what helps make all the difference. I offer discounts for education and non-profit groups.

Motivational Speaking

John is an incredible speaker who thoughtfully tailors each of his programs to the client's needs. My department is going through change where many of our roles, leaders, and system processes are shifting to increase work place efficiency. Over a virtual program, John spent an hour with 50 plus members of my department highlighting how change can be challenging but is beneficial. He uses many acronyms, audience participation, humor, personal examples, and even some magic to reinforce his talking points. I highly recommend John to any and all individuals, teams, businesses, and corporate events. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, John!

Motivational Speaking

John did a wonderful job giving a motivational talk about "the importance of great customer service" during our staff meeting!! Each member of our medical team left the room feeling energized and excited to help our patients. He did a great job using real-world examples to drive home the message. Everyone could relate to his examples. John has a great sense of humor which helped capture everyone's attention. We would definitely hire him again to speak at a future meeting!

Leadership Development Training

John did a wonderful job speaking at our leadership event last month. He motivated the group and brought in a sense of humor that has been missing from past events. I will be requesting his services again!

Motivational Speaking

I hired John Verrico to speak at our annual company retreat and everyone found him to be funny, refreshing and motivating. He opened with a participatory exercise that got everyone out of their chairs and laughing. He really energized the room but was also able to transition that energy to deliver poignant takeaway messages that we could all reflect on after the speech. If you are looking for a quality speaker for your event, John Verrico is highly recommended!

I had the opportunity to hear John at the PM Symposium in Tyson's Corner, VA. I thoroughly enjoyed his presentation. John's humor and stories really supported the lessons that he wanted to teach. Some of the high points from John's talk include: 1. People don't want to take orders; they want to take part. 2. People have different perceptions of the main thing. 3. Principles of Motivation a. You cannot motivate others. b. All people are motivated. c. People do things for their own reasons. WIIFM I am still laughing about a Navy sea story John told about a "hole in the ocean" that cannot happen. I am looking forward to the next time I have the opportunity to hear John speak.

Thank you, Chip. There is no greater compliment to a teacher than to have an attendee remember and cite material from the session. So glad to have provided value for you. It was great meeting you and working with such an engaged audience.
