Hired Gary and his guys to do a tile backsplash in the kitchen and put up a wood accent wall kit in the bedroom. Both projects turned out amazing! They were a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us throughout the project. I will definitely be hiring Gary again for upcoming projects.
Had a new shower done... all new tile to the ceiling and tile floor. New shower door and faucet too. Everything looks beautiful.
I hired Antonio, of Renaissance Restoration, to do several projects. They included: 1) rebuilding the curb in my shower that was installed improperly by a different contractor; 2) Finishing a half-bath remodel that included refinishing and painting the drywall after they had be damaged from wallpaper removal, installing a vanity including plumbing and trim; 3) Repairing water-damaged hardwood floors and refinishing hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, hall and stairway; 4) Expanding the kitchen entrance by 2 inches, repairing and refinishing the drywall and wood floor. I was at first skeptical to hire one person to complete all these tasks due to the variety of skills required. Fortunately, Antonio had all the skills necessary to complete the job expertly and timely. His attention to detail and vast experience with carpentry and contracting work in general proved to be invaluable. The end result of each project was even better than I had expected. Needless to say I would hire Antonio again for my next project.
I first hired Marvin to paint and frame 44 newly installed wooden windows in my historic row home. Because I was so impressed with his professionalism and superb quality of work, I contracted him for additional services including porcelain tile installation, surfacing and reframing a roof deck, and completing the finishes of a previous contractor. If you want to hire a competent company that takes price in their work and delivers high quality services, Baiza Construction Inc. should be your choice.
Erick and his team are amazing. They helped us with a ton of projects, including built in book cases, new lighting, popcorn ceiling removal, and kitchen tile. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he is incredibly quick to respond to texts and emails. Very, very highly recommended!
Very excellent work. Ben showed up and did an estimate, and came back two days later and installed our porcelain tile floor. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
David and crew did a great job installing a ton of tile in my entranceway, tidied up with painted shoe molding. And done in less time than anticipated. Good guy.
I contracted Unlimited Resources, Inc. for a designer paint job and the installation of exotic hardwood floors throughout my living room and family room and ceramic flooring in the kitchen. I was hesitant about the paint combination because I was stepping outside of my box but Mr. Litman advised me through the purchases and I was thoroughly pleased with the end result. I picked out a very expensive exotic wood which would have to be ordered and would take weeks to arrive and I was working within a tight timeline to have the work completed. Mr. Litman was able to locate the wood in the metropolitan area and completed the project in an expeditious manner. My neighbors and family have asked to see the finished work and I've received rave reviews! I wouldn't hesitate to use Unlimited Resources, Inc. for future home improvement endeavors.
The 5th Genration Group recently did a minor renovation on our condo; the quality of the drywall and finishing work was excellent. The staff was neat and professional. The group also did an outstanding ceramic tile installation on an existing fireplace. We will definitely work with them in the future.
I contacted Garcia contractors to paint the exterior of our home. The shutters, bay windows, molding and trim were in desperate need of some TLC. The work was done in one day and I could tell great care went into it. The staff was extremely pleasant, even though they worked in 95 degree in heat. We are very happy with how beautiful our home looks!
GWS replaced our ceramic tile kitchen floor with new porcelain tile and they did a BEAUTIFUL job. They were very affordable and Alex and the crew were on time, courteous, and professional! I would recommend them to anyone!
Ricardo did a variety of interior projects at our home including installing lighting, dry wall repair, installing faucets and a pedestal sink, fixing a lock, and cleaning and caulking our bathroom tiles. Ricardo did a good job across the board for a fair price. He was always on time and trustworthy (he was given access to my home unattended with no issues). Ricardo was very clear about pricing "more work costs more money" which is fair. He even gave us a discount on our contract since a couple of projects could not be completed (not due to any issue on Ricardo's part). I highly recommend him for your interior home repair needs.
Julio has been so good to work with that we have continued to hire him for bigger projects. Starting with replacing tile on a kitchen backsplash, he impressed us with thoughtful ideas that made our project better, sometimes cheaper. We then hired him to refinish our basement. His ideas have proven functional as well - one idea was to relocate ductwork so we no longer have to duck under a soffit in the basement, which opened it up immensely. He’s timely, thoughtful, and extremely nice. We trust him with our repairs.
Siver Star Builders did a backsplash installation. The tile was neatly installed and the cutouts for outlets, switches, and window sill were done expertly. The grouting was a little rough, however, with grout on the face of the stone tiles.
Works were quite broad and included painting, wood floor installation, lighting, and furniture install. All delivered to excellent standards. Friendly approach. professional. Quite happy.
Edney is a wonderful person to work with, he's very reasonable and strives to make the customer happy. His prices are unbeatable, the jobsite was cleaned up and all debris hauled away. He worked very hard removing a tile countertop which was much harder than expected. I will be happily referring him to friends and family.
Difficult spa project; spa was hand built and walls were not completely square and true. Crew did a good job generally of dealing with that issue. I liked crew they were respectful and helpful. Only issue I had was I told them twice to have a minimum of 1/8" to 1/4" joint around the jets and to not grout any vertical/horizontal inside corners, so I am spending about 8 hours routing out the grout and cutting back the tile. Overall I would use them again, but watch the work a little more closely to insure directions are followed. This was not an ordinary job, so whoever is reading this must understand the level of difficulty
Called company, spoke with Paul who was able to come on a Sunday morning to provide an estimate. Installed ceramic tile in an entry way and removed a builted in air conditioner and repaired the hole. Excellent work, reasonally priced, excellent customer service
Perhe's CEO, Glen Gordon, is our go-to guy, and his company is highly capable in all areas of design and construction. We had a master bathroom gutted and remodeled and there were many lovely custom touches, not to mention the high quality work, beautiful layout of the bathroom, outstanding tile work, and creative ways of addressing unique issues during construction. We have a stunning new glass shower, glass and ceramic tiles with heated floor, and a double vanity in granite. We loved working with Perhe.
We have been using the services of Divanil Gomes for about 4 years for repair on our home as well on our rental properties. Divanil did a superb job remodeling our kitchen, with meticulous craftsmanship in his tile work (both backsplash and floor tiles). Divanil also did tile work on both of our upstairs bathrooms creatively using a number of high-end remnant tiles that were given to us. Besides his excellent tile work, Divan and his crew have installed maple wooden floors in our top floor, and did a great painting job on our walls. As an example of his resourcefulness, Divanil repurposed a number of extra interior floor tiles to remodel our outside deck. After being impressed by his work on our main home, we have hired Divanil for several jobs on our rental properties. From remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, tiling utility room to painting and roof repairs, Divanil proved to be a reliable and affordable solution for maintaining our rental units. Given our experience, we can recommend the handyman services of Divanil Gomes without any hesitation.
We used Cortez Services to remove a load bearing wall, create and install French pocket doors, remove non load bearing beams and replace our existing kitchen tile with new tile. Having never used a contractor before, I was very worried about all the horror stories that you hear regarding general contractors. I am very happy to say Cortez Services gave me nothing to worry about. From the project manager Karen to the general contractor Francisco and his team, the service was amazing. When I had scope changes to the project, they worked with me and I always felt I was getting a fair deal. Cortez does not take advantage of their customers and truly wants you to be happy. The quality of work was exceptional. Our new beam and walls look perfect. The kitchen tile is great. I love our new pocket doors. Everything they did was professional. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again in the future.
