- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and the issue you’re dealing with. From there, we schedule a visit, assess the situation on-site, explain your options clearly, and provide an upfront estimate before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is working properly before we wrap up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed Master Plumber and completed formal trade school as part of my training. Over the years, I’ve worked on large commercial and industrial projects including the Clorox plant, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and the Baltimore Aquarium. I’ve also been the owner and operator of Afternoon Plumbing since 2003, providing residential and commercial plumbing services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with both residential and commercial customers, handling everything from small leaks and routine repairs to full system installations and large additions. My experience ranges from everyday home plumbing issues to complex commercial projects.
