Customer service skills is a must. Don't argue with the customer! They did HORRIBLE work, and argued with me and told me I was"nit picking'. The painting area was brand new construction. HOW did they mess that up? I paid them $2000!! For paint drips divots and serious STREAKS....UGH Paying another professional team to fix their mess!!!
