What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two hour minimum for most jobs. Roof work has a $100 minimum. One way travel time will be billed for jobs more than 30 minutes from Portland.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is followed up by a site visit (when necessary) to assess the project for time and materials required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in various aspects of construction for many years and have broad experience in many fields.
