- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, level of cleaning required, and frequency of service. Deep cleanings and add-on services are priced separately. We offer discounts for recurring cleanings and long-term clients. There are no hidden fees — everything is explained clearly in advance so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the client’s home, needs, and expectations. After understanding the size of the space and the type of cleaning needed, we provide clear information about pricing and scheduling. On the first visit, we pay extra attention to details and preferences. We also encourage feedback so we can adjust and make sure the service fits the client perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives hands-on training focused on proper cleaning techniques, organization, product safety, and attention to detail. We continuously improve our processes through experience and ongoing learning. As owners, we also stay closely involved in quality control and team guidance to ensure consistent results for every client.
