Only 1 man of the 2 man crew did any work for the first 2 hours. The one not working was just on jos phone, he called someone to replace him. His replacement actually worked. It took them 5.5 hours to load and unload our uhaul for a 1 bedroom apartment. Once they completed the job I was informed that they did not accept credit cards and would not bill me, so I had to scramble to come up with almost $500 on the spot. To top it off, one of the movers got blood on my pillowcases, and several pieces of furniture were chipped and scraped. I would not recommend anyone use this unprofessional "company".
