- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically need to evaluate your project on-sight. It is difficult to give an estimate without seeing the project first. Some companies give quotes based on square footage, but we find it's often more budget friendly to price based on the project, not size alone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have looked at your project, we submit a quote via email and give you an approximate start date. JWD Painting & Remodeling works with clients every step of the way. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend you always hire a contractor with insurance and try to get 2- 3 quotes before making a decision. Keep in mind, sometimes the lowest price does not always mean the best work; you want to hire a company with project knowledge, experience, integrity and good communication when making a decision.
