I interviewed and received quotes from 3 contractors before hiring Jeremy for exterior house painting. I found Jeremy to be a business owner who really knows his trade and was willing to explain things/ make reasonable recommendations within my budget. He is a straight-forward guy who seems hard-working and honest, and his crew was pleasant and respectful. I'm very happy with the way my 1930's bungelow 2-story clapboard house turned out, including the trim and porches. I would hire Jeremy again - he makes a good effort to make the customer happy and takes pride in his work.

We had Jeremy & team paint our exterior in 2025. It came out beautifully! They worked really hard to get the job done on time for us despite some delays with weather. We just hired them again for a small interior project and the outcome was clean and professional. We recommend Jeremy to all our friends in the area. In the past we used larger companies like Certapro, and Jeremy is a small business, but his work is much better than the bigger guys, plus supporting local is always best!

Jeremy quickly assessed what needed to be done to replace shingles and fascia boards as well as paint our entire house including windows, doors and porches. He told us he would put a crew of five or six workers on the job and would knock it off in a week. He did just that taking three days to do the important prep work and then two days to do all the staining and painting. Every day, the crew cleaned up and they were sensitive to neighbors by keeping the noise down. JWD did what they promised and the quality of their work is excellent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically need to evaluate your project on-sight. It is difficult to give an estimate without seeing the project first. Some companies give quotes based on square footage, but we find it's often more budget friendly to price based on the project, not size alone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have looked at your project, we submit a quote via email and give you an approximate start date. JWD Painting & Remodeling works with clients every step of the way. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend you always hire a contractor with insurance and try to get 2- 3 quotes before making a decision. Keep in mind, sometimes the lowest price does not always mean the best work; you want to hire a company with project knowledge, experience, integrity and good communication when making a decision.
