I am a real estate developer in Massachusetts. I hired Frank and his team to do a new construction duplex. They were very diligent in their prep and did a great job keeping the jobsite clean. The most important part is they did an amazing job and we had a beautiful final product for our buyers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of SQFT.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a notification that a customer needs work done we then contact the customer and setup a date and time to meet. When we arrive at the home we take measurements of the home to get the SQFT and we also discuss the type of work the customer is looking for, After that we then send an estimate to the customers email and proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2015. We have painting 100's of homes in the NH,MA, and Maine areas.
