About
I strive to take my time and get solid images my clients will love! I don't put strict time constraints on sessions or schedule back to back sessions. I want my clients to be relaxed and I want that to really show in their photographs. I will never compromise quality by rushing a session. Cuddling babies! Just kidding (although I might want to steal your little one by the end of the session!) In all seriousness, the biggest compliment a photographer can get is having their work displayed in their clients home. I love the feeling of knowing you will look at my photographs for years and they will bring a smile to your face during your everyday routine.

Kaylee was absolutely fantastic in helping me pull of a surprise engagement! I hadn't been to Portland, so Kaylee helped me pick the perfect place, and was very flexible when it came to the time after we hit some traffic on our way. She turned around the editing of 3 shots within a few hours for us to share with our family & friends and the remainder within a day or two. She even went the extra mile to pick up a rose to mark the exact spot where I should stand to get the perfect photo. Would highly recommend her as a photographer! Thank you Kaylee!

Kaylee photographed my children (ages 7, 4, and 4 months). She offered multiple available times and setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. Kaylee was prepared with all props and lighting when we arrived. She was fun to work with and offered many different props and backgrounds. The children responded well to her personality and she was patient when they needed a break. She was able to get my photographs to me extremely quick (within 2 weeks) and they are beautiful! Her prices are well worth her services. She goes above and beyond to get beautiful shots and is open to ideas you may have. I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her for any and all of your photography needs.

Beautiful photographs, amazing with kids (even the 4-legged kind), and fun to work with. If you have the opportunity to have Kaylee photograph your precious moments, don't pass it up! You will NOT be disappointed!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in High School photographing flowers and dogs. I decided to go to college for photography and finished with a Bachelors. I never thought that I would end up running my own business, but after photographing a co-worker's family I fell in love with working with families and children and producing memories that they can look back on in 20 years with fondness.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality should always be first. A personalized photography session is a luxury. Don't waste your money on Quantity or Price over Quality. Your photos on your wall should reflect you and your family's style!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get to a point where you are proud of your work. Photography is a constant learning process. Without challenging yourself and learning from your peers your work will become stale. That's why I'm always trying new things and learning new techniques!
