- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon a three hour minimum. I work at a professional level of cleaning with a family personal touch. I provide all equipment and products needed to give your home or office a sanitized cleaning from top to bottom. also insured and bonded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with a new customer, I will start with our quote and then set up a meeting for us to assess the home and the things your family needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned my own home that has always been busy with kids. From sports to the flu there has always been something to be careful of so keeping a clean home has been important. I have worked for a nursing home and keeping the rooms and bathrooms clean for our elderly that are stuck in a facility that needs to be well maintained. Recently I was working with a company that cleans and pays close attention to everything inside high end offices and medical setting.
