We hired Clarke Painting to manage a 7-unit multifamily building that had just gone through our bank's foreclosure process. Scott Smith and I worked through our rather strict insurance requirements and were able to quickly get a management agreement signed. Shortly after we took ownership, the City condemned the property and shut it down. Marc Cole with Clarke Painting immediately took charge and acquired alternate housing at a local motel for the tenants, assisted in getting them emergency funds for food/necessities, and worked with us and the tenants on Tenancy Termination Agreements. Marc worked seamlessly with the code enforcement department, so well that even the code enforcement officer thanked us for having such an amazing property manager! The situation could have resulted in a lot of negative publicity for the bank, but all of the newspaper and TV reports focused on how quickly the manager had found housing for the tenants and taken care of their needs! I can't even begin to tell you how glad I am that I found this company through Thumbtack!!

Our pricing is generally based on square footage, linear footage and style of the property. Our painting prices are firm so there are no surprises at the completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA Lead safe contractors. Additionally we are licensed real estate agents and have completed multiple renovation projects of varying sizes. the depth of our knowledge with regard to homes and properties extends beyond the scope of painting.
