What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t ever strive to be the cheapest but, we always strive to be the very best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to pre qualify over the phone to make sure we’re are a good fit for each other. Then we will either schedule and in person estimate or one through video chat if applicable. If agreed we will sign a contract with any and every job to cover all the legal bases. Also there will be a deposit of one third the total job cost due to schedule with the rest due upon completion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As funny as it may sound I was born for this type of work my grandfather had a cabinet shop I can remember running a planner as a 10 year old and I knew then working with my hands is what I was ment for.
