Will Bortheimer and his Ann Arbor VODA cleaning are a phenomenaWill is easily the nicest and most sincere contractor youre ever going to meet. His crew are right there next to him in the champions circle. We had a summer flood which left our large lower floor mildewy and in need of repair. Will analyzed, proposed, and completed a beautiful job which entailed demolition, dry wall installation, new flooring, painting, and repair. Our place looks great. We are grateful to Will and team for an excellent job done.

Calling Voda was one of the best decisions I have ever made with regard to home maintenance. I had an odor problem that had been going on for 8 months. I asked several people for help in identifying the cause and they either could not say or suggested ripping out the dry wall to locate a supposedly dead rodent. However, even though it smelled somewhat like an animal had died in the wall, the periodic increase and decrease in the smell did not make sense. I was waiting for my contractor to come out to begin tearing out the drywall and thought I might give a call to a company that deals with odor removal. Bingo! Will, the owner, came over and in about one minute correctly diagnosed the problem. His solution was relatively simple and inexpensive, and did not involve any drywall removal. In a couple of days the problem was resolved. I am kicking myself for not thinking of calling this company earlier, but at least I finally made the right call. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be contacting Voda in the future if I have any similar type of problem.

Update: the owner reached out, and made time to come back and redo everything - it was noticeably cleaner in our high traffic areas! I so appreciate him and his team going above and beyond to make sure their customer was taken care of - will be a returning customer in the future!They called the day they were supposed to come and had to reschedule due to emergency that popped up. I get it, it happens. Rescheduled for the next day. Two guys came out and quoted $350 for 2 larger living rooms, an office and a set of stairs. I felt that was a bit high but was in a time crunch so I went with it. Some areas look cleaner but most don't even look touched. They were here for 40 minutes. Super disappointed by the results for the amount of money spent and time wasted.

Will and his crew were amazing. They came in pulled out the damage carpet and padding. Made a flood cut on the damaged drywall and insulation. After the demo they cleaned and disinfected the entire basement. Will took the time to explain to us what they were doing and why.My wife and I are more than pleased.
