Brandon exceeded our expectations. He was very professional, finishing our 1400 sq foot basement in a timely manner. From the time he got to our our house until the time he left Brandon was nonstop! What separates this contractor from others we interviewed was their willingness to listen to what we wanted as opposed to what they were going to do. We were constantly kept in the loop as to the progress that was being made and the schedule he was on. We could definitely tell the pride in which he completed each step. Our basement went from a big concrete storage space to a finished living area with a half bathroom and we couldn't be happier. Do not hesitate to hire Kelly's carpentry and remodeling!

Brandon listened closely about my project and came up with ideas for design and materials to make it even better. When he ran into rotting, he knew how to address and repair it. No problem with the cable railing materials I selected, a type he hadn't previously installed. His quiet and competent manner gave me confidence that I had finally found the right contractor for this project. I would definitely do another project with him.

Brandon was very professional from start to finish. I really enjoyed working with him to repair a bay window that had dry rotted. I was able to receive a quote within a day for extra work that I wanted done. From the craftsmanship to cleanup of the work area I am very pleased with the services rendered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st step is always to meet you the client and discuss your ideas and vision for the work requested. From that we work an initial design, plan, and price for your review. Adjustments take place if needed, an agreement reached, and work begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brandon is a licensed MI builder who has worked in the family construction business since childhood, worked for several established Ann Arbor builders as a carpenter, studied building at a college level, and continues his education through on-going industry training.
