My name is Gavin Gardner, when I started Active U I had the average every day American in mind. The person who wants to improve their health but has a plate that overflows and as a result can’t really find direction. Or the person who doesn’t know where to even begin. The person that the fitness industry inadvertently overlooks. The newbie. I wanted to fully disclose how I work with people so I deleted my Instagram and recreated it to follow one of my clients that has ZERO experience and I’ll be only posting her experience throughout the year. I encourage whomever this reaches to follow witness it. I tend to be inspired by my clients and her story is what prompted me to make some changes in how I promote my business. I hope to reach inspire and be inspired by many more people!
